This is our second year at Telegraph Hill. The current staff are fantastic. Responsive to any problems or concerns we may have. They respond quickly by answering the phone or returning a message or email usually within the same day. They are trying new things like the newsletter, pet of the month, social events etc. to encourage the residents to support each other and look out for each other. I can’t thank the management enough for all they do!

Telegraph hill is one of the best apartments in northeast Albuquerque to live in. The community is super clean there alway parking. You can alway get ahold of property manager Danielle H in the office and she works quick to fix anything that happens. She is one of the best managers we had while living there. Honestly going to miss living there.

Good experience overall. Only complaint is that the office staff is hard to reach at times. Seems like they don't answer the phone too often and at times when I would try to go into the office they were not there. Best part of the entire complex is the maintenance man, he was always friendly and really on top of everything.

My rating is based off of Daniel in the front office and not for Telegraph Hill has a whole. Daniel is great and has been on top of her stuff since working here. She's always willing to help and communicate when she's not swamped with other things. I understand the workload & responsibilities between her & Ty and feel they do an exceptional job considering all of the responsibilities they take on. She has helped in so many ways & has also helped me with billing issues. I'll leave another review based on my experiences and expectations of telegraph Hill has a whole at a later time. Great job Daniel & Ty.

She has exceeded my expectations and brought her special touch to the community.

I thought I'd leave a review of both the management and the building itself. With regards to management, Lauren has been incredibly helpful. When I was apartment hunting around town, she was the first manager to proactively assist me in finding a unit I liked and to answer all my questions rather than act like I owed her something, as many other managers around town did. I greatly appreciated her help and professionalism. 5/5. Now for the building. It's a very quiet and safe complex, which is a huge plus factor in ABQ. I also haven't had any bug problems despite being on the first floor. However, the ceilings and outer walls are very thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around constantly and if someone is standing outside my unit, I can clearly hear them talking as if I'm standing a few feet away. Overall, I'd say even though the buildings are a little old, it's a nice place to live. 4/5.

The apartment was very clean and surprisingly spacious, the area is quiet and pet friendly, and the office staff were very sweet and helped us get moved in. Had some issues with communication the day before moving but nothing that was bad enough to make us second guess our decision living here.

This place is amazing, it's beautiful spacious units are conveniently located next to my favorite stores, and parks- which you can basically walk to! I am looking for an apartment for my daughter when she comes to UNM in the fall, and its not easy to find an rental these last few years. Telegraph hill is clean and safe. I move here in July and I love the community!! Everyone is so friendly to my children and myself. It beautiful quite and the staff is amazing!! First of all, Theresa helped us from the very first contact, kept us informed throughout the application and signing processes. Theresa was very professional and quick to respond. We have only been here for about a week and a half, but so far we absolutely love it. We have a newly remodeled unit - hardwood floors, brand-new black and stainless appliances, washer and dryer in outside patio closet (can't hear it running at all!), new carpet in bedroom - just a beautiful apartment. Very responsive - A/C didn't work, put in a request and they came out the next morning. Also, love that they have an Amazon hub for packages.

I was waiting in the "acceptance/denial" phase from a different apartment complex for a week. I needed to move out of my current home and into a new one before the 1st of the month. I was stressing beyond measure because it was the 30th. I went on my lunch break to Telegraph Hill as a "back up" plan to see if there was any vacancy in the immediate future (Next Day.) I went to the office and I spoke to Nalgas, the leasing consultant and explained to her my stressful situation at hand. I asked her "if i applied today, have all the documentation needed, and all the fees paid; how likely am I to move in tomorrow?" Nalgas assured me she could make it happen within 24hrs. I was in such relief to hear she would be able to make that happen and I wouldn't be homeless! Her and I went to go look at the available unit that suited my needs. As I'm looking around I get a call from the initial apartment complex saying that I was accepted, one WEEK later SMH. If I didn't pay for the application fees for the initial apartment, I would have been a resident at Telegraph Hill. Nalgas was understanding and even gave me a call the next morning to make sure everything was confirmed. Her professionalism and determination was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Staff is always friendly, and we've been left alone (some places the office is constantly in contact and trying to get you to do stuff. I know it's a little petty but it's been really nice to just be left alone unless I needed something) We barely needed any maintenance at all but when we did the response time was unbelievably fast. The apartment quality was really cozy as well. As for the complex itself, it's tucked away and they have security patrol on most nights (especially weekends). It's been a pleasant, quiet, carefree experience. Would definitely (and already have) recommend this place.

Have lived here nearly a year now and look to renew our lease. The staff is amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and make you truly feel at home. The maintenance team works diligently and promptly to address any and all issues, however we have had close to no issues with the apartments, so usually we just see them hustling around the complex. Very quiet and tucked away between townhomes and a very nice neighborhood. Overall extemely pleased to have found this place and would recommend Telegraph Hill to anyone!
